Burrata Bliss: A Hands-On Cheesemaking Workshop

Welcome to Burrata Bliss! There's nothing quite like the experience of biting into a fresh burrata and savoring its creamy, indulgent center. In this class, we'll demystify the process of making burrata at home. You'll learn the fundamentals of cheesemaking, from curdling milk to stretching mozzarella. By the end of the class, you'll have a deep appreciation for this exquisite cheese and the skills to create it whenever you desire.

Each guest of the event will receive a kit with the following items.

• Citric acid
• white vinegar
• Rennet
• Salt
• Cheesemaking thermometer
• cheese cloth

Each guest will need to supply the items below to participate fully in this event.

• 1/2 Gallon of Milk
• 1 quart of double cream or heavy cream
• Pot to heat milk in
• Ice for an ice bath
