Together, your team will be making 14-inch New York pizza from scratch. You'll make the dough, next a sauce, layer in the cheese, and get ready to bake it to golden perfection. Your participants will be given the choice to bake the pizza right after class, later that evening, and we'll also give you tips on how to freeze your pizza.
Participant's will need to provide their own pizza pan or cookie sheet to bake on.
